ZASADY OGÓLNE UBIERANIA SIĘ 

  • Należy ubrać się w te rzeczy, w których czujemy się swobodnie i naturalnie, niemniej w ramach ”dress codu” biznesowego lub casualowego.
  • Zarówno w stroju męskim, jak i damskim nie należy łączyć ze sobą kilku wzorów tkanin, czy też więcej niż trzech kolorów.

UBRANIE MĘSKIE

  • Garnitury niekoniecznie czarne, koszule niekoniecznie białe. Znakomitym kolorem jest szary czy granatowy we wszystkich swoich odcieniach. Postawmy na prostotę i ponadczasowość, klasyka zawsze w trendzie.
  • Koszule raczej jednobarwne, bez kratek i prążków (interferują), jeśli już muszą jakieś być to ważne żeby nie były za drobne. Dobrze mieć 2 szt. i kilka krawatów.
  • Marynarki raczej jednorzędowe
  • Krawat – oczywiście dopasowany kolorystycznie do garnituru i do koszuli. Oczywiście jednobarwne sprawdzają się w tym wypadku wprost znakomicie. Dobrze jeśli stanowi jakiś kontrast, ale tu też bez przesady. Krawat jest tym, co się bardzo rzuca w oczy. Głównie dlatego, że najczęściej jest najmocniejszym kolorystycznie elementem stroju.
  • Pasek i buty, ewentualnie aktówka i pasek zegarka – powinny być w tym samym kolorze . Okulary mile widziane.
  • Okulary są częścią „biżuterii” i muszą być bardzo sensownie dobrane i eleganckie.
  • W stroju formalnym, o ile ktoś nie jest światowej sławy dizajnerem, nie należy szarżować z oryginalnością ale zachęcam.

UBRANIE DAMSKIE

  • Kolorystyka tak samo jak u mężczyzn, czyli bez szaleństw. Podobnie też z wzorami materiałów. Wszystko musi być stonowane. Proste fasony, każda Pani powinna wiedzieć na ile pozwala jej figura oraz znać swój styl.
  • Buty raczej pełne, dobrze żeby nie były to czerwone szpilki z wysokim obcasem. Spódnice do kolan, bluzki zakrywające ramiona i ręce.
  • Nie można przesadzać z ilością biżuterii, a najlepiej ograniczyć ją do minimum. Na zdjęciach wszystko to zaczyna się świecić i całkiem niepotrzebnie odwraca uwagę.
  • Makijaż – standardowy w zależności od cery.

EANGLISH VERSION

General principles: You should dress in those things where you feel comfortable and natural, however, within a business or casual „dress code”. Both men’s and women’s outfits should not combine several fabric patterns or more than three colours.

MEN’S DRESSING

Suits not necessarily black, shirts not necessarily white. Excellent colour is grey or navy blue in all its shades. Let us bet on simplicity and timelessness, a classic always in the trend. Shirts are rather monochromatic, without checks and striations (they interfere), if they have to be, it is important that they are not too small. It is good to have 2 pieces and a few ties. Jackets rather single row Tie – obviously matching the colour of the suit and shirt. Of course, the single-colour ones are perfect in this case. It’s good if it is a contrast, but here too without exaggeration. The tie is what is very striking. Mainly because it is most often the strongest colour element of the outfit. LADIES’ CLOTHING

The colours are the same as in men, so no madness. The same with patterns of materials. Everything must be subdued. Simple cuts, each lady should know how much her figure allows and know her style.
